Springtime in the Rockies
Welcome Reception
Gorrono Ranch
An upscale Western evening at Gorrono Ranch combines an elegant dinner with the rustic charm of an historic ranch.
Guests are escorted to the sleigh reception area, where they can enjoy hot cider with Tuaca or hot chocolate with Peppermint Schnapps, before their journey to the historic Basque sheepherding ranch. Your guests arrive Gorrono Ranch via 40-passenger snowcat-pulled sleigh, complete with wool blankets and an acoustic guitarist playing campfire favorites.

The company logo will be incorporated into a dramatic ice sculpture, surrounded by grapevines and spring flowers 'growing' from the base, greeting guests as they step onto Gorrono's expansive deck. Guests enjoy cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and a spectacular sunset on the lower level of the ranch, or on the deck heated with patio heaters. Sunset and alpenglow create an ideal light for a group photograph, and for watching the incredible choreographed routine of Telluride's demo team - Powder 8. Powder 8 can dress in company colors, or carry logo'd flags for a unique branding opportunity. Inside the ranch on the second level, the tables are set beautifully, with a touch of Western flair. Springtime in the Rockies is brought to life with tulips and daffodils in galvanized steel buckets, with either plain white or blue and white checked linens. Wrought iron chandeliers and candlelight create the perfect ambiance. The elegant buffet dinner highlights spring's freshest ingredients - asparagus, artichokes and leg of lamb. |
