Evening Event: Reception and Dine Around

A Gallery Reception, in one of Telluride or Mountain Village's impressive art galleries, is a great way to gather the group, before dispatching to dine around restaurants.

Dine Around in Town

Enjoy an evening of fine dining in Telluride's best restaurants. The town of Telluride is home to a diverse array of outstanding dining experiences. Let us take care of the difficult job of selecting just the right restaurants, suggesting menus and wines, reserving the prime seating areas, and paying the check. We have included sample menus, and are happy to forward the full menus and wine lists as they become available for the winter season.

Cocktail and appetizer receptions, escort staff, and decor suggestions are also available for dine arounds.

Cosmopolitan features a menu that changes weekly based on seasonally available ingredients, and the town's most impressive wine list. The Tasting Cellar at the Cosmopolitan features a wine pairing dinner, in a private wine cellar that easily seats up to 36.

Begin the evening with a walking tour of town, and an introduction to Telluride's historic past. An experienced guide describes the history of the town and its growth from frontier mining outpost to world-class ski destination. View the Galloping Goose, explore historic buildings and learn about Telluride's ghosts through colorful stories about Butch Cassidy, Jack Dempsey, frontier Madams and 'ladies of the evening'.

Following the tour, the group can enjoy cocktails and appetizers at the newly-renovated Telluride Historical Museum. A tour of the collection, or a discussion about the restoration effort, can also be arranged.

Keeping with the theme, Harmon's at the Depot is an historic Telluride landmark, beautifully renovated and featuring Southwestern cuisine with an Asian flair. Harmon's can comfortably accommodate 100 people, with several smaller rooms for private functions.
